Flux Heating System

It is a crucial component of the pivotal system of a hot dip galvanizing plant, which aids with maintaining the flux solution’s temperature between 60 and 70 Deg. C before galvanizing. In this temperature range, the flux solution produces fewer zinc splashes, less ash, and a   uniform layer on the material’s surface.

Many owners of Hot Dip Galvanizing Plants favour Gunatit Engineers’ Flux Heating System due to its superior design and technological features. The system’s heat exchanger warms the flux solution using the hot quenching water from the quench tank. To heat the flux to the certain without any extra energy cost., a multi-tube Special quality S.S. heat exchanger mounted over the side of the flux tank circulates the quenching water, which is heated to 90°C. A polypropylene perforated sheet is used to shield the heat exchanger from any harm caused by the dipping of steel components.

As a result of Gunatit’s innovative engineering, the flux solution is heated uniformly by the coil as opposed to the conventional design, which only allows for the installation of a heat exchanger at both end of the tank on width side or Length side.

The types of Flux Heating Systems on offer are:

Hot Water Circulating System

Hot Water Generator System

Electric Heating System

Hot Water Circulating System

  • Hot Water Circulating System work on hot water Quenching water circulation to flux tank where both end or both side longitudinal wall, there will be S.S.316 L SEAMLESS PIPES heat Exchanger immersed and hot water will circulate inside seamless pipes and transfer the heat and make flux hot up to 50 Deg C based on production cycle of Plant and achieved temperature of Quenching tank.

Thus you will not required to erect Cooling tower to cooldown quenching water

Hot Water Generator System

A hot water generator system is designed to efficiently produce and supply hot water for various applications. This system typically includes a heating element, a storage tank, and a control system that regulates temperature and flow. By using fuels like gas, oil, or electricity, it ensures a reliable and consistent source of hot water.

In industrial settings, hot water generator systems are essential for manufacturing processes that require hot water for cleaning and production. They are also widely used in the hospitality industry to provide hot water for hotels and restaurants, in healthcare facilities for sanitation, and in residential applications for everyday domestic use.

Electric Heating System

An industrial electric heating system is engineered to deliver precise and efficient heat for various industrial applications. Utilizing electric resistance heaters, induction heaters, or cartridge heaters, this system converts electrical energy into heat, which is then managed through advanced temperature controls and distribution mechanisms. Designed for robustness and accuracy, it ensures optimal performance in demanding industrial environments.

Industrial electric heating systems are widely used across sectors such as manufacturing for processes like metal melting and plastic moulding, chemical processing for reactions and distillations, food and beverage industries for cooking and pasteurization, and laboratories for precise temperature control in experiments. These systems enhance efficiency and ensure safety in critical operations.
